Capable Software Premier Maintenance Plan

The Premier Maintenance Plan provides you with the following services:

  • access to the latest enhancements for Capable 21C Version 1.5
  • access to Technical Support for up to 5 hours of support per annum. M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm aest, excluding Bne/QLD public holidays and 3 weeks when we are closed over Christmas.
  • access to the Fundamentals, Intermediate and Advanced Training websites
  • access to the Advanced Query Tool, which is a powerful tool for creating lists of patients that meet certain search criteria.

A Premier Maintenance Plan (PMP) is billed to your credit card at $108.90 per month for a minimum of 12 months, renewed monthly beyond that date until you notify us that you no longer desire the service. You will never again find that you cannot access the latest version, or that your technical support contract has expired, or that you can’t log onto the training websites, because mail went astray and you never received our invoice.

Once your PMP has been ordered, we will continue to provide you with the PMP services until you ask us to stop. Simple, easy, hassle free.

Capable Software Pty Ltd Technical Support staff are available to provide support 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, excepting Queensland Public Holidays, and three weeks over the Christmas period.  Note that Capable Software Pty Ltd is also closed for the Brisbane Show Day holiday, which typically occurs on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of August.

Investment:

$108.90 per month billed monthly (multi-site pricing is available upon request).
