Using Tyro Healthpoint functionality for Health Fund claims
Abstract
Capable 21C supports the Tyro system for Health Fund claims via Healthpoint. This article describes how to make a claim using Capable 21C.
Underlying challenge
Claiming from a health fund is easy using a Tyro terminal. This article describes how to do so.
Resolution
To submit a claim, follow these steps:
- Start the invoice normally by double-clicking on the appointment displayed on the appointment book.
- If the patient has been configured correctly, the appropriate invoice line item should appear automatically.
- Click the Claim From Health Fund button
- A Tyro popup will appear in front of Capable. Follow the prompts.
- Complete the invoice normally.
Detailed Information
Before using these features, it is important to enable Tyro functionality,
configure Capable 21C for Healthpoint claims
AND configure a patient file for Healthpoint claims.
